"Mrs. J.R. Sedgwick, aged 36 years, wife of Captain J.R. Sedgwick of Hose Company No. 2 died Thursday morning at 9 o'clock in the family residence of 728 Avenue I - Surviving, besides the husband are 10 children, five sons and five daughters, John, Joseph, Thomas, Anthony, Henry, Lillian, Lucille, Madeline, May and Thiloma. The funeral will take place from the late residence this afternoon at 4 o'clock, with the interment in calvery Cem. Rev. A.E. Otis of Sacred Heart Church will conduct the services."
