York City, George Kirchwey Livermore of Lenox, Mass., son of
Prof. Charles H. Livermore and Mettie Norton (Tuttle) Livermore.
George was born April 8, 1891, at Brookline, Mass., and
graduated, A. B., in 1914 from Yale College and later from the
Harvard Law School. He is a banker. They reside at Lakeside,
Mass., and at 30 E. 72d Street, New York City.

Katherine Elizabeth Grace Bristed, 2d child of Charles Astor
Bristed, Jr. (B4A,51) and Mary Rosa (Donnelly) Bristed, was born
March 17, 1897, in New York City. Like her sister, she attended
Miss Hall's School in Pittsfield, Mass.; Convent of the Sacred Heart,
New York City; Convent of the Assumption in Paris and Rome; and
Institution des Essarts, Territet, Switzerland. She is associated with
her sister, Mrs. George Kirchwey Livermore, in the
Bristed-Manning Travel Agency at 625 Madison Avenue, New
York City. She is chairman of the board. She married Charles
Douglas Jackson, who is editor of Life Magazine. He is son of the
late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jackson of New York City. Mrs. Jackson
has resided in Paris part of the time. She lives at 400 East 59th
Street, New York City.
